My journey began in bioinformatics, helping a startup bring causal AI technology to life. That’s where I first saw the real challenge of innovation — even the best technology doesn’t sell itself.

Curious about how some new technologies explode in the market and others do not, I went on to study at one of the world’s top business schools, learning how strategy, marketing, and financial rigor come together to drive growth. I applied this knowledge for 12 years at Medtronic, establishing best-in-class marketing programs, and for three years at Zimmer Biomet leading adoption of robotics and navigation.

After years in large organizations, I found myself drawn back to the agility of small companies, and managed Americas’ operations for an AI-based neurovascular start-up. Today, through my consulting practice, I draw on my 23 years of experience to help founders and teams turn breakthrough technologies into measurable commercial results through the power of strategic marketing and business development.
